GLBAL media presents Back to the Field. This 2 time Telly Award winning documentary shares the story of restoring dignity to farming in the land of a thousand hills. Produced and directed by Justin Willet and edited by Caelan Gregory, this story follows the work of the Vonherbulis family as they live and work alongside farmers in Rwanda. Practicing regenerative agriculture for nutritional, economic, environmental, and spiritual growth in their communities.
In November of 2023 documentary filmmaker, Justin Willet, traveled to Rwanda to learn more about how Sowers of Hope was inspiring local farmers to take pride in their work and understand the valuable role the land plays in nutrition.
Originally premiering on January 2, 2024 in Westminster, MD at the GLBAL good reception, this full length documentary is now available online for the public.

Matthew is the Director of Sowers of Hope, an Agriculture Ministry equipping churches with theological and technical resources so that Christian Farmers will be catalyst for Nutritional, Economic, Environmental, and Spiritual growth in their communities.
Karli serves women around the world through her podcast and online resource center for Christian expat women, Third Culture Thiving. Her heart is to support women around the world as they build thriving homes and ministries in new countries, and increase longevity on the field by creating encouraging and practical resources for growth.
